| <Capacity for busy season> Each room has a capacity to stay. *Western style room: 2 people *Japanese style room: 6 tatami mats - 2 people 8 tatami mats - more than 3 people 10 tatami mats room - more than 5 people * We accept the reservation of family depending the number of people and the reservation date. * The baby under 3 years old is not included in this capacity. Because the baby is Free. * If you are family with baby please confirm before booking. |

| <Deposit> We ask you to transfer the deposit to our bank to confirm the reservation fro summer, July, August, and September if you live in Japan. Bank Name: Shizuoka bank Branch: Shimoda Bank Account: 0534149 Account Name: Sakuraya Yamamoto Hiroshige If you cancel more than 11 days before the reservation date we get you a refund for your deposit except the transaction fee, 1000 yen. |

| <About the cancellation charge> *No charge will be made if we receive notice of cancellation in writing (e-mail or fax) more than ten (10) days before the reservations date. *If cancellation in writing (e-mail or fax) is received ten (10) days to one (1) day before the reservation date, the charge will be 3,000 4,000 or 5,000 yen per person per night. *If cancellation is made on the reservation date or you do not contact us, you will be charged 100% of the per person rate. |
